Digital Project Manager

• End-to-end ownership: you’ll run a portfolio of large-scale web, PIM and DAM projects, from kick-off to go-live and beyond, the agile way, with Scrum as your default.
• Bridge the gap: you translate business needs into user stories and work closely with developers to make sure the solution actually fits, without needing to dive into the code yourself.
• Be a trusted advisor: you think along with clients on CMS, PIM and integration choices, and you tell them what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
• Stay sharp: marketing automation, analytics and customer data platforms might come up around the edges, but your core focus stays on delivering the big implementation projects.
• Grow the relationship: you use your commercial instinct to spot opportunities that strengthen the long-term partnership.

This role is mainly based out of our Ghent or Kortrijk office, though Antwerp works too. Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site. 

• You have 5+ of hands-on project management experience for large web, PIM, DAM or other digital platform projects, ideally within an agency or consultancy context
• You’re structured and solution oriented: you can zoom out for the helicopter view, but you’re just as comfortable digging into the details when it counts.
• You know how to talk twith developers and translate what they’re building into something a client actually understands, without needing to touch the code yourself.
• You are comfortable across the full digital lifecycle: concept, wireframing, design, user stories, development, go-live, and post-go-live.
• You have affinity with agile and scrum development and project management methodologies
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) and enjoy working within an international, regional team.
