LP.Solution-Check - Your BenefitsThe evaluation of a new IT solution is a time and also cost intensive process for each organization. Often marketing documents promise functions and competencies which real existence or usability can be seen only after a series of presentations. Valuable time was wasted when the results were insufficient and the selection process has to start again. 1. EvaluationPhase 1In this phase, we evaluate to which extent LP.Packaging can meet your requirements out of the box while asking questions about products, company structure, functions and processes in a preliminary talk. After this discussion, both partners decide together whether it make sense to continue the evaluation process. Phase 2
Based on the evaluated information in phase 1, we create a project concept which includes our recommended implementation approach, a process orientated time and resource plan and a cost estimate for the investment and support. Furthermore we present with some examples, how we would setup your data and business processes in LP.Packaging. Based on the provided information and system presentation you decide whether you are interested to continue the evaluation or not.
2. Specification of Scope of Services / Investment VolumePhase 1
In this phase we make a detailed survey of your delta requirements and the volume of data, to calculate the necessary expenses for the implementation. Thereby we try to minimize the costs for the realization of these requirements with smart concepts or change management. The results of analysis will be fixed in a document together with the cost calculation and the proposed solution in our quotation.
Phase 2Based on our quotation you will make the final decision. All information and costs you need for your decision are known to you and comprehensible.
During evaluation you have the possibility to stop the process at every time; all of our services during these phases are free of charge for you.
